What is collected, and why
The information you send through the contact form – surname, first name, email address, phone number if you give one, the date and place you have in mind, the approximate number of guests, a description of your project – is used solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote, should there be one.
It is never sold, never passed on, and never used for marketing.
Legal basis
This processing rests on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR): you write to us for a proposal, and we process your information for that purpose alone.
Required fields and optional ones
The fields marked with an asterisk are needed in order to reply: without them the enquiry cannot be dealt with. All the others are optional, and serve only to describe your project more precisely.
Who receives it
Your data is intended for Manon Evrard alone.
It passes through two technical providers, which do not access it for any other purpose: the site’s host, OVH SAS, which stores it on servers located in France, and Google Workspace, which delivers the notification email.
No data is passed to any third party for commercial purposes.
How long it is kept
Your data is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted. If a service is agreed, the contractual and accounting documents are kept for the statutory periods that apply to them.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and the right to data portability.
To exercise them, write to contact@orea-events.fr. You will receive a reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 – www.cnil.fr.
Transfers outside the European Union
No transfer of your data outside the European Union takes place in handling your enquiry.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers, no analytics and no third-party services. Fonts are served by the site itself. No consent therefore needs to be asked of you.
This page will be updated if a tool that sets trackers is ever added to the site.
